Montgomery County Little League's Upper County 9–11 Year-Old All-Stars have been crowned Maryland State Champions! Now, they’re headed to the East Region Invitational Tournament in Danvers, Massachusetts, where they’ll compete against other top teams from CT, DC, DE, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, and VT for a shot at the regional title.
